As an applicant for employment with First Strike Environmental Company (hereafter referred to as Company), I understand and agree to the following:
This application is not an offer of employment and no promises or representations of employment have been made to me at this time.
This application will remain "active" for 60 days. If I am not hired within 60 days, this application is no longer active and I will need to re-apply for employment with the Company.
All information (including on any accompanying resume) is subject to verification. Any misrepresentation or falsification of information, or significant omissions, will be cause for rejection of my application or for subsequent discipline up to and including my dismissal from employment if discovered at a later date. I certify that all answers and statements I have made on this application true and complete without omissions.
If hired, my employment may be subject to the satisfactory results of any pre-placement examination and/or drug-screening analysis for substance abuse as required by the Company. The results of such an analysis may be grounds for disqualifying me or terminating my employment.
If hired I will be responsible for familiarizing myself with, and I agree to comply with and be bound by, all rules and regulations of the Company as they presently exist or are later modified, including, but not limited to, those for the health and safety.
If hired, my employment is not guaranteed for any term, and the Company, or I may terminate my employment, without notice, at any time and for any reason. No management official is authorized to make any oral assurance or promise of continued employment, future position, benefits, or terms and conditions of employment, except as specifically stated in a current, written agreement signed by the President and me.
I give my consent for my current and prior employers, education institutions, and persons or organizations named in this application (or accompanying resume) to release complete information and records regarding my employment, education, character, and qualification to First Strike Environmental Company for the purpose of making employment decisions.
I specifically authorize the Company to obtain one or more consumer reports on me from a consumer reporting agency for employment-related purposes (e.g., evaluating me for initial employment promotions, transfers, assigned duties, retention as an employee, etc.). A consumer report may contain financial information, criminal record information, driving record information and/or other relevant information about you.
